The Chinese Taiwanese Diabetes Association, Taiwanese Association of Diabetes Educators and Formosan Diabetes Care Foundation allied together, and officially launched the "changing diabetes" campaign, aiming on "unite for diabetes" propaganda. A summary report was submitted.
In July 2007, the Chinese Taiwanese Diabetes Association (CTDA), Taiwanese Association of Diabetes Educators (TADE) and Formosan Diabetes Care Foundation (FDCF) allied together, to form a collaboration platform, and officially launched the “changing diabetes” campaign, aiming on “unite for diabetes” propaganda.
As an initiative, the three entities conducted a survey and collected 657questionnaires to re-identify the major concerns from stakeholders, e.g., people with diabetes, health care professionals, and policy makers. Based on findings from the survey, several major activities were planned and delivered as summarized below.
